The apartment is on the first floor of a building right behind the Church of San Pietro in Cataeggio, ideal for families and groups. Perfect for those attending Melloblocco or the KIMA Trophy! The space The apartment features a spacious living room with a sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms (the first with a double bed and the second with two double beds) and two bathrooms (one large with a bathtub and one smaller with a shower). There is also a long balcony. The property can accommodate up to seven/eight guests. Other things to note The minimum stay is 2 nights. During the Christmas, Easter, and Ferragosto (August 15th) holidays, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. FOR MELLOBLOCCO AS WELL (minimum 6 guests). For the New Year period, we only accept groups of at least 6 people (excluding infants), with a minimum stay of 4 nights. Exceptions may apply when availability is limited — for example, if only 2 nights remain available between other bookings, we’ll gladly accept shorter stays. A tourist tax of €0.80 per person (from 14 years of age) per night is charged for the first 5 nights of your stay.
