Villa Rinascita is a comfortable 145 m2 air-conditioned home renovated with quality materials and high-end amenities. It is embellished with a 760 m2 enclosed plot including a heated swimming pool, two south and east terraces, a petanque court, an outdoor bar area, and a large natural lawn. The Villa will allow you to share pleasant moments with family or friends, in a quiet area, less than 1 km from the beach, port, shops and train station. The Cap Ferret bedroom with direct access to the pool and the south terrace is a master suite with work area, dressing room, bathroom, and toilet. The Dune bedroom with direct access to the pool and the south terrace is equipped with a bathroom, a walk-in closet and a work area. The Pyla room with direct access to the pool and the south terrace is equipped with a dressing room. The Arguin room with a natural spirit is equipped with a large wardrobe. A games room completes the set with a comfortable sofa bed, large screen TV, Wii console, board games and a skateboard. The kitchen area with access to the east terrace is fully equipped to make your best recipes. A central island allows 8 people to eat near the "chef". The large living room with direct access to the pool and south terrace is equipped with a large sofa, large TV screen and Marshall audio system. A stove warms the off-season evenings. The south terrace receives the 7x3 m pool heated from April to September and secured by an alarm. The terrace is close to the petanque court and includes a bar equipped with a plancha and a fridge.
