The suite features two comfortable bedrooms, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a spacious living room with high ceilings. Step outside onto your private patio to relax and take the peaceful surroundings. The suite comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests a fifth guest may be accommodated on the couch or a floor mattress if needed. Everything has been thoughtfully prepared to help you enjoy a comfortable relaxing stay whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway, vacation, family vacation or business trip. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire private lower level walkout suite with a private entrance and no shared living spaces. During your stay, you will have access to the front lawn, private patio, and all designated outdoor guest areas: perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. One room on the lower level is reserved for housekeeping, supplies, and owner's storage and is not accessible to guests. For the comfort, safety, and security of everyone, only registered guests included on the Airbnb reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. Other things to note One of the best parts of staying here is the wildlife. From the living room window, I’ve seen deer, moose, coyotes, and even the occasional black bear passing through the area. One even wandered through the driveway last year! They typically keep to themselves, but it’s a great reminder that you’re surrounded by Saskatchewan’s beautiful natural landscape.
