The space We are so excited to share our condo with you in this gorgeous, gated community! The condo is two floors, nestled behind the 18th tee box. It is a 2br and 2.5ba and is located in a gated, private golf community - it’s the perfect place for all ages. The space is approximately 1515sf with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Exit out the back slider and you’ll find a private patio with access to a sparkling pool/hot tub and the 18th hole tee box - country club living at its best! The community itself is very active and the perfect place to walk around and meet friendly neighbors. At the community club there are various dining options, including the club house restaurant/bar and more casual daytime pool dining. For those that want more, we are able to extend golf, fitness, and tennis/pickleball court access at a neighboring club for an incremental fee. Minutes away are breathtaking hikes, amazing shopping, and all necessity stores like Ralphs, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Rite Aid, and more. All pools are available until 10 pm daily. There are 48 pools within the complex so no one pool is ever busy. The overall vibe is quiet and peaceful, so if you are looking for a party house this is not it. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the unit and community club house dining options. We do not provide access to the garage. Other things to note - In addition to sharing walls with other units, there are train tracks that run near the condo and you can sometimes hear the train. We’ve added white noise machines to each of the bedrooms in the event the train is of disturbance. - While not regulated, we kindly ask you to not set the AC below 70 in the summer otherwise the unit could freeze up and break. - The grass around the condos and the golf course dies off in September and re-seeding takes place every October. All communities within the desert go through this in September/October of every year. - The pools are heated around 82 degrees during October/November-April. Exact dates vary based on weather each season.
