Lower Level: Room 4 -king bed, dresser, hanging rod w/ hangers Room 5 -(deck room) - king bed, dresser, deck access Both lower level rooms share a 1/2 bathroom (toilet/sink) in hallway Media / Game Room - large sectional couch, fire place, 120” movie screen w/ projector, foosball, board/card games and bathroom w/ shower Kitchen Newly remodeled, light and bright, fully stocked and loaded kitchen w/ kitchen aid mixer, Ninja blender, crock pot, insta-pot, coffee maker (grounds only), electric glass kettle, cutting boards, knives, immersion blender, electric wok, pots, pans, baking sheets, barware etc! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and back yard with the exception of the owner’s closet in media room and garage. Other things to note During the winter season, the backyard serves as a sledding hill, snow permitting. In the warmer months you can enjoy a spectacular mountain sunset dinner out on the deck. On a rare occasion, you may catch a glimpse of the ocean at sunset. Fern Valley is home to several popular trail heads in Humber Park which include the Ernie Maxwell trail, Devil Slide trail to Tahquitz Peak, Lily Rock and Saddle Junction & the Suicide Rock Climber Trial. Please be advised that there are security cameras located around the exterior of the property. No parties or events are permitted or tolerated and no more than 8 registered guests are allowed upon the property. Any violation will result in the immediate termination of your stay without refund. Please observe the quiet hours between 10pm - 8am. Please be cool and respectful of our home and our neighbors as we have allocated a tremendous amount of time and resources to create this special environment for all to enjoy. Please note that this is a mountain home. There are numerous sets of stairs inside and outside and sloping terrain throughout the property. Ice, rain and snow are common and can make the walkways slippery. Please use extreme caution when traveling about the property and use all handrails and anti-slip mats on the driveway. There is a pond in the backyard, so please do not leave children unattended at any time in the yard or on the decks. Please do not park in driveway. Parking for up to 3 vehicles is provided in area just to the left of driveway. Please keep your vehicle secure. Ownership is not responsible for any damage or theft. Please make sure to check the weather and road conditions upon booking. The weather can change quickly in the mountains. Chains may be required!
