ATV & snowmobile trail access directly from driveway. 2 kayaks and a canoe to use. The pond has a sandy beach and boat launch. Hiking trails close by, Borestone Mountain, Kineo Mountain and Appalachian Trail to name a few. 30 minutes to Greenville and Moosehead lake. The space Clean and cozy cabin. Spacious open living room kitchen with vaulted ceilings and wood stove for comfort or just click the thermostat for heat or air condition on warm summer days. Oversized glass door to the deck with gas fire pit. Private covered porch to enjoy an afternoon social or to relax with your favorite book. King bed in main level bedroom with closet and dresser. Enclosed loft bedroom with 2 full beds and bunkbed. Entry way with bench and cubby nooks for shoes and hats. Main level bathroom with spacious shower stall. Direct access to ATV trails and snowmobile trails from driveway. The house is partially a Smart Home and has "Alexa" for your convenience. "Alexa" can control parts of the house. Just ask "Alexa" to turn off/on the lights or heating. "Alexa" is specific and you will need to say which lights/heating (example- porch lights, deck lights, living room, etc.). You can even adjust the lights for ambiance, just tell "Alexa to dim the lights to a percentage (example 40%). When asked, "Alexa" will even tell you the weather, the distance to certain hiking areas or shopping and can tell you the best time of day for fishing or play your favorite genre of music. "Alexa" will even help with a timer while cooking if needed. Cameras: 1 pointed towards the driveway/front door. 1 pointed towards the pond. 1 pointed along the side of the house towards driveway. Guest access Whole house except the basement. Guest are not to use basement. Please read ALL house rules prior to booking! Other things to note Propane fire pit is available for use but guest will need to fill the provided tank if they choose to use or be charged fee for refill. Also have extra full propane tank under deck, text me for combination to lock. Close’s location is 2 Elm Street, Guilford. (Irving gas station) There a fire pit by the lake if you prefer wood. Only use the wood next to the fire pit. The wood on the porch is for the wood stove ONLY . The house is partially a Smart Home and has "Alexa" to help with turn lights up/down, off/on without leaving the couch. You can ask "Alexa" to play music or used as a timer when cooking. Area towns offer ATV rental, snowmobile rental, float plane rides, moose sight seeing tours, fishing tours and guides and white water rafting. Great hiking trails throughout the area.
