The perfect retreat for a couple or small family. This one bedroom mill workers cottage has recently been renovated to a high standard throughout. It is centrally located in Saltaire, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. The space DOWNSTAIRS Living Room 12' 5" x 14' 9" (3.8m x 4.5m) A cozy space to relax with a sofa and dining table and chairs. The sofa folds out into a double bed (135cm x 190cm). Kitchen 8' 10" x 7' 6" (2.7m x 2.3m) Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances including oven, hob, refrigerator (with icebox), dishwasher and microwave. Ample tea and coffee making facilities. UPSTAIRS The upstairs is accessed via a steep set of stairs which will be difficult for those with mobility issues to navigate. Bedroom 12' 5" x 14' 9" (3.8m x 4.5m) The bedroom has a KING size Bed (180cm x 200cm) with ample space to move about. There is a large chest of drawers and space for hanging garments. Additional guests can be accommodated with a chair bed or travel cot. Please inquire. Bathroom 6' 6" x 6' 10" (2.8m x 2.1m) Newly renovated with a luxurious walk-in shower. Please note: there is no bathtub at the property. OUTSIDE There is a small "yarden" to the back of the property with a table and chairs. LAUNDRY Guests must request access to the washing machine. Guest access Guest will have access to all of the space apart from the sheds in the yard. Other things to note The cottage sleeps up to 4 guests using a double sofa bed and a small single chair bed in addition to the main bedroom. The home is compact and most comfortable for small families or groups of up to three adults. Four guests can certainly stay, but guests should be happy sharing living space in a cosy setting with limited storage.
