Guest access The apartment consists of a hallway, a room with a kitchen and a bathroom. Other things to note RULES AND FEES: - Smoking in the apartment – a fine of 5000 Czech korunas (=200 euros). Smoking in the property is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If you violate this rule, you will be charged an additional fee for professional ozone removal. - Loss of keys – CZK 2,500 (=100 euros). The guest is responsible for replacing locks and new keys. -QUIET HOURS - a fine of 5,000 Czech korunas (=200 euros). In the apartment and common areas, it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to turn on loud music, TV, make noise and talk loudly from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. - The fee for opening the door when the guest has forgotten the keys in the apartment is 500 CZK (=20 EUR).
