An apartment in a quiet location by the river in the city center. The lively center is a 5-7 minute walk away. We provide bed linen, towels, hairdryer, iron, tea, coffee, YouTube without ads, and bathroom accessories in the bathroom. It is possible to extend your stay until the evening for an additional fee. We are waiting for you:) The space A studio apartment with a full kitchen near a small park and overlooking the Vltava River. Guest access The apartment consists of a hallway, a room with a kitchen and a bathroom. Other things to note RULES AND FEES: - Smoking in the apartment – a fine of 5000 Czech korunas (=200 euros). Smoking in the property is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If you violate this rule, you will be charged an additional fee for professional ozone removal. - Loss of keys – CZK 2,500 (=100 euros). The guest is responsible for replacing locks and new keys. -QUIET HOURS - a fine of 5,000 Czech korunas (=200 euros). In the apartment and common areas, it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to turn on loud music, TV, make noise and talk loudly from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. - The fee for opening the door when the guest has forgotten the keys in the apartment is 500 CZK (=20 EUR).
