The space The space is a studio unit in the basement of our Riverdale home which includes a full bathroom and kitchen along with a private entrance. Washer and dryer are available in the unit. Central A/C and Heating throughout the house - plus a separate electric fireplace in the unit to adjust the heating as needed. The ceiling is 7 feet high, but the doorways and spaces with the airduct are 6 feet high. Highspeed Wifi and smart TV. There is also a desk and chair available as a working space. Located in close proximity to Withrow Park and Riverdale Park, you will be in walking distance to a any amenities you would need during the stay. The Danforth, Greektown, East Chinatown, Gerrard Square, and Leslieville are all within walking distance. TTC's Pape Station is only a 10 minute walk with frequent bus services as well. Guest access Private outdoor parking (1 spot) on driveway & entrance through side yard gate. Self check-in with keypad lock. PIN will be provided prior to your arrival.
