Our lovingly furnished house with Finnish sauna and wood-burning fireplace is perfect for a romantic vacation. The house is in a quiet location, in the Brandenburg lake district and near the flower town of Werder (Havel). It is an ideal starting point for hiking, biking, water sports and sightseeing. The space The house was built in 1996 and was completely renovated in 2022, located between Brandenburg and Werder (Havel). Berlin Kudamm can be reached by train from Götz station (2 km away) within 35 minutes. The house has 2 floors with underfloor heating, terrace, garden, and 2 parking spaces. On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom (1.60 x 2.00) and romantic accessories, a bathroom with a large corner bathtub, bidet, walk-in shower and wonderful starry sky. The upper room is designed as an open studio with exposed roof beams. There you can wonderfully chill on a cozy XXL living area. In the studio there is also a flat-screen TV (Magenta TV), a music system with Bluetooth and an additional separate sleeping option for 2 people (1.60 x 2.00). The large gable window leads to the balcony. On the first floor there is another bedroom with a mango wood wardrobe and double bed (1.60 x 2.00). Next door you will find a small bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing a delicious culinary delight or to make a coffee with the fully automatic machine. The large dining table can accommodate 6 people and is open to the living room. The heart of the house is the conservatory open to the house with a Finnish sauna and fireplace. To relax after the sauna, 4 loungers and seating furniture are available in the conservatory. Here you have an unobstructed view of the terrace and garden. Guest access You will have access to all the rooms described and you can also use the washing machine in the building connection room in the basement. Other things to note There are 2 parking spaces on the property and parking is also allowed in front of the property.
