Five minutes away from Green Acres Mall, shopping centers include Walmart, Target, BJs, TGIF, Red Lobster, Macys, and many more for your convenience. Walking distance to McDonalds and a few restaurants. Walking distance to the LIRR. The space PRIME LOCATION!!!! Cozy basement one bedroom apt with private entrance. The bedroom has a queen size bed. Private bathroom and kitchen with utensils and dining table. Very cozy basement equipped with necessities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Full kitchen, full bathroom, living room with smart TV with Netflix and cable and other apps, WIFI, and a fireplace to set your mood :). IT IS PROHIBITED TO MANIPULATE THE WIFI OR THE CAMERA. REFUSE TO OBEY THIS HOUSE RULE WILL RESULT IN $200 DOLLARS FINE. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE, SO THERE WILL BE NO LOUD MUSIC OR PARTIES/GATHERING WITH EXTRA GUESTS. Guest access The guest has access to the private bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and living room. The home has slightly thin walls, and floors are not soundproof. Please be mindful if you have sensitivity to the sound or are light sleepers. Movements from upstairs will be unavoidable. I will try my best to limit noise as guests are present. The host is highly allergic to CATS and DOGS. No pets allowed! Other things to note THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE, SO THERE WILL BE NO LOUD MUSIC OR PARTIES/GATHERING WITH EXTRA GUESTS. I am NOT responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while staying in my home I am NOT responsible for the loss of personal belongs or valuables I am NOT responsible for any items left behind. However, if items are left, I’ll make every effort to return them to you after we come to a consensus. This listing is 100% NO smoking or vaping. No tobacco or cannabis products of any type in or on the property. Smoking inside the home will result in a 200 dollar fine and immediate eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke in the backyard. The host does not approve requests within 24 hours of check-in or check out. Anyone who checks out late unauthorized is charged 2 1/2 times the daily rent. There are cameras in the driveway and at the entrance to monitor the number and safety of guests. Cameras are in ACTIVE and RECORDING mode.
