There is a big bedroom with a huge double wardrobe and a big office room with a large desk, a comfy chair and great WIFI/Internet connection. The big kitchen has a lot of light, storage space, coffee machine, toaster and a washing machine/dryer. There are 4 radiators and air conditioning in the living room. Warm bathroom with a hairdryer for the ladies. The entrance is wide and very well made to arrange all your bags, jackets and shoes. You will find a big TV with Netflix included. There is a big supermarket below. Great public transport connections! 3 minutes walking distance you have a tram and a bus that bring you to different sides of the city center in just 10-15 minutes! The tram goes also directly to the beach. A metro station is only 7 minutes walking distance, just next to the big Gym-Spa Wellness ''Activa Club''. The neighborhood is quiet and you have many services as pharmacies, bakeries and small shops and bars around. If you cross to the big avenue, you will find plenty of great big restaurants and coffee bars. Other things to note The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. Wide staircase.
