The space The accommodation has 4 bedrooms equipped with a double bed (King-size, Queen-size, 140 and Intex 160*200 inflatable mattress) as well as a bathroom on the 1st floor, a shower room on the ground floor and two toilets. I have a high quality sofa bed that can accommodate two people to sleep in good conditions. the master bedroom and the ground floor have a reversible air conditioning system (hot-cold). A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room and relaxation area. We also have a good number of baby facilities available (changing table, baby bed, high chair etc...) please contact us about this to check availability. Other things to note Downtown Verneuil sur Avre is 4 min drive or 20 min walk. City steeped in history with many tourist attractions. Perfect for walking and learning with the presence of the GR 35 which passes next to the house as well as the road to Santiago de Compostela. The city has a good gastronomic level with its excellent restaurants and very good bakeries/pastry shops! The nearest hypermarket is just a 2-minute drive away. Center Parcs is 10 km away, perfect for enjoying the facilities! Although easily accessible, the accommodation is not equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
