Cute little cottage

Welcome to our Cute Little Cottage on a private 6 acre lake with great fishing and sunsets. The boat launch for 208 acre all sports Ford Lake is right across the street. This is a true up north cottage designed for you to relax by the fire (fire wood supplied) and grill on the patio while you enjoy the great outdoors (aka - no wifi or tv). Hundreds of miles of off road trails for dirt bikes and ORVs nearby. Paddle boat, 2 kayaks and 2 bikes included. We love it here and hope you do too. The space 2 bedroom (1 with a slightly elevated double bed with drawers underneath, 1 with twin bunk beds and a futon) 1 bath. Open concept kitchen, dining area and living room with additional futon. Large patio, fire pit area and rustic dock leading out to private Mud Lake. The lake is excellent for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and relaxing, but not recommended for swimming. Lawn chairs, hot dog forks, tripod for fire pit, fire wood, hobo pie makers, all paper products for bathroom and kitchen included. The cottage is available starting in May, but if you would like to reserve it earlier please let us know and we can make special arrangements. We added a portable AC unit!! Other things to note Spotted by the Cute Little Cottage: deer, beaver, otter, eagles, ravens, herons, duck, geese. Sit outside and listen to loons and coyote. Bear have been nearby but we haven’t seen any.
