Amazing sunsets and ocean views await

Sunset Suite is a new modern contemporary styled unit with stunning 180 degree views of Tasman Bay including The Boulder Bank and Port Nelson. We are a 7 min car ride or 15 min bus ride from Nelson city. The space One bed unit with ensuite, separate living area and kitchenette all finished to a high standard. The unit can sleep 3, configured as one queen sized bed and one sofa bed. All towels/linen/blankets and pillows are provided. The bathroom has handsoap, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner and of course loo paper! There is also a hairdryer, heated towel rails, heated flooring and a rain fall shower head as well as the standard shower head. The kitchen has a twin element portable cook top with all necessary pots/pans, crockery and utensils as well as a microwave and small fridge with a freezer box. There is also a coffee pod machine, coffee plunger, jug and toaster. Salt/Pepper and oil are provided as well as tea/coffee and milk. The unit is toasty warm year round from the sun but there is also a heatpump for the cooler days/air-conditioner for the hotter days. Guest access Sunset Suite is joined to the main home but has it's own separate access and own deck space. There are no shared spaces. Parking is off street. Please make contact if you need flexibility on check in/check out times, would like to bring children or any other questions you have. Other things to note As the property is new there is still some landscaping taking place, however this should not interrupt or inconvenience your stay. The driveway is partially sealed but easily accessible by all vehicles.
