Our "maisonette" is like a small house. It´s perfect for a family with 2-3 children. You will feel really good in our home! Please note that we live here is not an only airbnb apartment. It´s real living here! We love to live here - it´s quiet but in the middle and next to the Mauerpark, a quiet oasis! Next to the famous bars and restaurants in our Kiez. It´s nice to live here and give you an originla Berlin feeling. 15 minutes walk to Kastanienallee or Kollwitzplatz. The space We are living in a nice furnished old building apartment (120 square metres) and a lot of light. There a two floors: In the first floor there are 3 rooms, bathroom and a piano. In the second floor is the living room with the terrasse and a nice and new kitchen and a toilet-room. Please: care for the plants (give them water)! Guest access You can use the courtyard with the wooden table and bank. We love to sit outside in this quiet sunny place Other things to note Please be quet!
