Alice Berry Cottage

The Alice Berry cottage is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath stand alone cottage located in the historic railroad district of Ashland, OR. We are fondly known as the “two block house” due to the short walking distance to downtown’s Ashland Springs hotel, OSF, Cabaret, Growler station, Coffee shops, Restaurants, Grocery stores, Parks, etc. Neighborhood walking score 95 out of 100. Walkers paradise. The space The cottage is on one level with two steps to the front door. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom with a walk in shower. The main living space is open to the kitchenette and dining table. A pull out couch is available in the living room if needed. Use of couch will take up the living room space. There is a small private deck off the main bedroom perfect for having your morning coffee or pre-dinner glass of wine. We adhere to a no smoking policy in the cottage and on the property. Since some guests may have dander allergies; we do not allow pets. PA-T1-2022-00109 Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire cottage and private deck. The parking pad in front of the cottage belongs to the private residence; you may use the pad to unload and load your luggage. Otherwise, please do not park or block the pad. Ample street parking is available. Other things to note The WIFI network and password will be posted for easy access when you enter the cottage. The cottage has free ROKU tv with 200+ channels including news and movies. Your entry code will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your arrival. There is an electric fireplace for ambiance in the main living area. A pack and play and portable highchair are available.
