When you visit the beautiful Rarotonga, we want to make sure that you feel like you’re on holiday when you stay at Tiare Villa. Everything you need can be found next door, across the road or less than a 5 mins drive away. This beachfront property means you can treat yourself to the sounds of the waves crashing as you wake or as you lay your head to rest at night. Tiare villa is the perfect place for you to call your home away from home. The space Come and enjoy our Hamptons Style Villa which is located in the beautiful village of Matavera. Tiare Villa is just 5 mins from the famous Muri lagoon where you can pack up the snorkelling gear and inflatable Stand up boards the Villa offers and enjoy your day. We are conveniently located across the road from KAPs General store which offers anything from quick meals to fruit veggies beers and wine. There is also Vili's Burger Joint and takeaway next to KAPs Next door is the Islands famous coffee shop that sells freshly baked crossiants. The Villa offers a king size bed which looks out to the beautiful ocean. There are bi-fold doors that can be opened to listen to the sounds of the ocean. The second bedroom contains two king single beds and also has bi-fold doors that open for a view of the mountains. We also have air conditioning in both bedrooms for your comfort. We also have a porta-cot with linen and high chair available. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living area. The bedrooms are air conditioned. The Villa also has WiFi through Starlink which provides fast internet speeds. There is a large bathroom with an extra large shower. There are beach towels available also. The Villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with stove top,airfryer, microwave, dishwasher and blender to make cocktails to enjoy on the large deck. The lounge area also has bi-fold doors that open onto the deck where you can enjoy a BBQ. The lounge does have a couch that has a fold out innerspring double mattress in it to accommodate extra guests. The 65 inch TV comes with HDMI USB to view movies. There is a washing machine for your convenience. There is also a water cooler with fresh drinking water. The beach is not suitable for swimming but you will be able to enjoy the fabulous sea views, sunrises and beach walks after swimming in the beautiful Muri Lagoon. Guest access You will have total access to the whole property You're most welcome to make the most of our Kayaks, Stand up Paddle boards, Bikes and other sporting equipment. There is also a BBQ for your use available. Other things to note We have Sky TV available with 26 channels including movies, news, and documentaries. Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms. We have WiFi available through Starlink which provides fast internet speeds.
