The space Five bedroom, one bathroom home at Lake Minatare with plenty of space for your friends and family. PLEASE ADD the exact amount of people staying and PETS when booking please! Guest access Garage, outdoor sheds , and fireplace are not available for use. My neighbors are great people , two fulltime and two part time living. Please make sure pets don't cause damage ( I love animals and would hate to not allow pets if damage happens ) Sheets and toys are available for the family pets as well as treats. Other things to note We have a horseshoe set added as well as a Corn hole game :) Games inside for all ages . Plenty of folding chairs and tables if needed . This only has a one bathroom and to make sure guests have plenty of hot water we added another 40 gallon hot water tank to the 50 gallon already in. 90 gallons of hot water should help guests with showers back to back. We also have added SAND VOLLYBALL this year located at the end of Pinecone Beach parking .
