(Clubhouse cannot be rented alone) The space This charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom lakefront cottage has been fully renovated from top to bottom—and includes its own dock to enjoy the water up close! Inside, you’ll find an updated kitchen and bath, beautifully refinished wood floors, and a living room with a cathedral ceiling that opens to a deck overlooking Lake Champlain. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the living room offers a pull-out sofa with a brand-new memory foam mattress. Fresh linens are provided for your stay. Set on part of a former golf course, the property offers plenty of outdoor space to relax and explore. Adirondack chairs provide the perfect spot to take in sweeping views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks, and beach chairs are available to bring down the stairway to the private rocky lakeshore—water shoes recommended. You’ll also have use of two adult kayaks, one child kayak, and life jackets for paddling adventures. The property includes a permanent camper located about 300 feet from the cottage, owned by our aunt. She may occasionally visit in the summer and use the stairs to access the beach. With over four acres of land, both spaces remain private and well-separated, so you can enjoy your own peaceful retreat. We also have a listing for the Cottage + Clubhouse!
