Welcome to our spacious 1 bedroom first floor apartment in the heart of historic Medina. Totally remodeled, stylish, and cozy. Stay for a weekend or fall in love and stay long term. You’re only blocks away from great downtown restaurants, bars, and boutique shopping. Great place for a couple or a couple of friends. Perfect place to stay for our local wedding venues, traversing the Erie Canal, or one of the numerous community special events. The space This is a 2 unit apartment building. You will have two private entrances to your apartment. One at the back of the house and another on the side facing the South Ave. The Short term rentals back door entrance will be the first door closest to the street on South Ave. The backyard is a shared space to be used by both apartments. Our home and the apartments backyards are connected, so there is a chance you could see us on the property during your stay for routine maintenance. We strive to be courteous not to disturb our guests. We love to say hello but leave that to our guests discretion. Your apartment has a very spacious kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom has a king bed with nightstands on each side. Full bathroom with walk-in shower with hot water on demand. There’s a side porch that you can enjoy morning coffee or evening sunset during our warmer weather. You also could see and hear the lawn being mowed by our robot lawnmower and basic gardening. Guest access You will have access to apartments spacious kitchen with ample amenities. A beautifully designed bathroom, dining room and living room. We think you have a wonderful night’s sleep on our king size bed in the coziest of bedrooms. Theres also is a lovely private porch on the south side of the property for your morning coffee. Other things to note You will be staying in one of the two apartments in this home. Each apartment has its own entrances. The 2nd unit is rented to my lovely sister’s in-laws. Both apartments rear entrances are on backside of home. So this will be a shared space and very likely to see one another. With a conformation for a reservation of 3 guests, a rollaway bed is available in closet in the living-room. Bedding can be found in dining room closet. Also a little side note, the hot water is on demand.
