Living Room Our living room is relaxed and comfy, just like the rest of the house. Natural light enters throughout the entire space giving a warm naturistic feel. Here, you can kick back and relax on our plush grey sofa while watching your favorite movies or shows on the smart TV. Kitchen & Dining Area Our kitchen consist of bright white wooden cabinets, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances giving you everything you’ll need to make your favorite home-cooked meals. We also have a coffee station so you can start your morning right! The dining area overlooks the entire living space of the home. Here, you'll want to gather around our round wooden table and eat, drink, and plan tomorrow’s adventures. Patio Our open patio is a place where you can relax and enjoy having a warm cup of coffee or tea while appreciating the lake view this property has to offer. 2 bedrooms Our two bedrooms are peaceful retreats to unwind for the night. Each room offers ceiling fans, crisp white linens, abstract art, spacious closets and en suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 – King bed (master #1), smart TV, en suite bathroom Bedroom 2 – 4 Full beds, en suite bathroom 2 Full Bathrooms Master bedroom's en suite bathroom comes with a double sink vanity and beautiful white tile complimented with black finishes. Bedroom 2 has an en suite with a modern vanity and large white mirror. Please don’t worry about bringing shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We’re happy to provide these toiletries for you! Please feel free to enjoy the half-acre of land our Casita lives on. Although there is a beautiful small lake behind the home, the lake is out of commission and should not be used. Don’t worry about bringing detergent or dryer sheets, these items will be in the laundry room during your stay in case you need to do a quick wash! Other things to note Check-In & Check-Out Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Based on availability, you can check in as early as 1:00 pm for a $75 fee, and check out as late as 1:00 pm for the same amount. Parking We have room for 3 cars or 2 full size vans in our driveway. Quite Hours Please be aware of quite hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This helps maintain a peaceful environment and our standing as courteous neighbors. Smoking Let’s keep the property fresh and clean, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, there will be a $300 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal. Parties & Events Group gatherings are great, however, parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a $1000 fine and an immediate termination of your booking. Security Cameras Please note that our home has anywhere from 2-3 security cameras actively recording the outside areas of the property. These cameras are to remain on and running and will only be used for security purposes to ensure the safety of the property and guests. All devices are on the exterior of the property. Note, all previously mentioned data, is not stored, and/or deleted when no longer needed.
