The space This delightful 2-bedroom daylight basement retreat sits on the shores of Lake St. Clair. You'll have your own private space that includes room to sleep 4, a stylish and clean bathroom, a functional kitchenette, and a cozy living room with lake views. I have done my best to soundproof, yet the top floor still creaks, thus I advertise this as a shared space. The yard, parking, and docks are shared space, please be respectful. I like to be left alone, yet want you to enjoy yourselves and the lake. Guest access Parking up on top, with loading/unloading spot down below. Unit access is down the outside stairs, and on the Left. Private patio with couches facing the Lake with downstairs slider directly to the Living Room. Other things to note I live in the unit above at times, when I am not traveling, you may see me swimming and enjoying the lake and or top floor balcony. I have done my best to soundproof, yet the top floor still creaks, thus I advertise this as a shared space. I like to be left alone, yet want you to enjoy yourselves and the lake.
