The space **One thing to note is that the pictures for this listing may not be exact, as the cottage shares similarities with our other Tiny cottages in the park. However, rest assured that Mountain View Tiny Cottage offers the same exceptional amenities and breathtaking views you can expect from all our properties.** This charming getaway offers stunning views of the mountains and the beach, creating the perfect fusion of nature's beauty. Step inside and admire the tasteful decor and abundant natural light pouring in through the windows. The cottage boasts one full-sized bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a cozy loft bedroom with two twin beds that kids and adventurous adults will love. The sofa in the living room easily converts into an extra bed, providing ample sleeping space for all. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a full-size fridge, stove, and microwave. Dine inside or outside on the patio while taking in the breathtaking views of the mountains and the water ( we DO NOT have: OVEN, DISHWASHER, WASHING MACHINE - all out of service). The bathroom is complete with a flushable toilet and a modern shower, ensuring you have all the comforts of home in this rustic setting. And when you're ready to relax, curl up on the couch and watch your favourite shows on the television or head outside and gather around the fire pit under the stars. Step outside and breathe in the fresh mountain air while gazing at the stunning views of the mountains and the beach. Your private beach is just steps away. Enjoy it by going for a swim or simply basking in the sun. And when you're ready to wind down, enjoy the beautiful sunsets from two Muskoka chairs on the patio. Other things to note > Although it appears in the photos, we DO NOT have: OVEN, DISHWASHER, WASHING MACHINE - all out of service. > Necessities not included: towels, blankets or personal hygiene items. > We only provide bed fitted sheets/ pillowcases, soap and toilet paper. > $200 security deposit is required at check-in (Not included in the booking payment). Fully refundable after your stay. > After two guests, We charge an extra $10 for each guest per night. > One-time $29 pet fee required for up to a maximum of 2 pets (if applicable). > We also have kayaks and canoes available for use at no cost (2 hours max per day per guest). We provide life jackets for adults and kids. > Included: Plates, Cups, Cutlery, Cutting Board, and Dish Towel. > Check-in time is 3 pm - 9 pm.
