Only two hours from Saskatoon, this little getaway is the perfect place to rest, relax and enjoy calm "lake time" in a serene and beautiful setting. The space Newly renovated with new floors, paint, and kitchen. The main floor includes a master bedroom with a queen bed, a large living room with a door to the front deck, a bathroom, and a kitchen. A newly built 16x26' deck off the back hosts a large outdoor space, bbq, and 10x14' gazebo with a dining table. Upstairs has two bedrooms. The first has a double bed with lake views. The second bedroom has a double and single bed. The cabin includes a large front deck with amazing lake views and stunning sunsets and northern lights. Big, private backyard with fire pit and front/rear access and parking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin. Guests have access to the front and rear access and parking (park 4-6 vehicles). Other things to note The cabin runs on septic and two water-holding tanks. One tank is located under the cabin and the other is located on the side. Guests are asked to open the valve on the side of the cabin every 3-4 days (depending on water use) to ensure there is always water in the bottom holding tank. Running the bottom holding tank dry may burn out the water pump and blow the hot water heater.
