Lake house in Estancia San Ignacio Potrerillos

Super comfortable and modern house, totally sustainable, away from everything, on top of a hill on the North Coast of the Potrerillos dam with incredible views of the lake and the Cordón del Plata. Very quiet and absolutely private area. (The house is located 10 km from downtown Potrerillos, 7.5 km of which are gravel) It has a back apartment for the exclusive use of the house caretaker, who is in charge of its maintenance and cleaning. The space The space offers maximum privacy, with an exceptional view of the lake and the mountain. The house is located away from the rest of the other houses, 10 km from the center of Potrerillos. The house is totally sustainable, it has solar energy from solar panels and spring water. Effluent treatment is also completely ecological. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, including the pool, grill, wild garden, and parking. They do not have access only to the laundry area, workshop and house that is at the bottom of the property and is for the exclusive use of maintenance personnel. Other things to note The house is in the middle of the mountain with all the advantages and disadvantages that this entails. The house is reached by a 7.5 km gravel road from the highway, suitable for slow-moving cars. A sturdier vehicle is ideal to enjoy the ride more. Depending on the weather (rains, snowfalls, small stone landslides), there may be certain complications, which vary constantly. It's usually in good condition. The trip itself is a ride that borders the entire reservoir and should be taken as such. The climb to the house is on a gravel road, with a steep slope that requires special handling, which I take care to point out to guests on the first day. The house has exterior security cameras, which do not affect the privacy of its occupants. It also has an alarm system, which is mainly used when the house is unoccupied, as the area is very safe.
