The space This space is a separate basement living area with it's own private entrance. Access is through a side yard gate and 16 steps. Guest access Guests have access to the backyard pool in May to Sept and pool sitting area anytime. A hot tub is available year round. The Maricopa county trail system is accessible through a backyard gate. Walk or bring your bike to enjoy miles and miles of beautiful desert trails, one of which leads to the Cardinals football stadium, 11 miles away. Other things to note There is one bedroom with one queen size bed. A queen size air mattress is available to set up in the living room for a 3rd guest, or if your significant other snores too much.
