Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, located in the center of São Pedro da Serra, 500 meters from the square and 200 meters from the São Pedro chapel. The house has a leisure area with a barbecue and sauna, a bathroom and a toilet. We have 3 bedrooms (2 full beds and one twin bed, plus one mattress). Furnished kitchen and living room. We accept SMALL PETS, (damage caused by the pet will be the responsibility of the guest) No loud SOUNDS are allowed in the house. The space The house is at the back of a plot of land, in front of another house. Our house is all walled and fenced, and is a detached building. We have a covered parking space in front of the lot (you can put another car behind it). Next to the garage there is a slope that gives access to the house, with a gate at the entrance to the house. The water is from a well, already tested, we use the water to drink right from the tap. Guest access The house is walled and fenced, with a pedestrian gate at the entrance. We accept small pets. Other things to note Leaving the main street and going to the street of the house (Américo Blaubdt Street), you will have a comfortable climb of 200 m to the house. VISITORS are not allowed during the stay. No loud SOUND is allowed, only ambient sound. WE HAVE BLANKETS AND COVERS. 2 GARAGE spaces (one covered). Guests must bring BATH TOWELS. THE USE OF SPEAKERS IS NOT ALLOWED. When staying with a PET (small size), we ask that you do not leave it alone in the house. Any DAMAGE to the property and furniture caused by the pet must be repaired.
