Cozy bedroom 1 (Queen bed) w/option for more rooms

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located room (Queen Bed with the option to rent other rooms in the house). Shared kitchen space, shared bathroom, option to use unfinished basement living room if no one is renting down there. Chickens in the backyard, collect your own eggs, back patio and couch, propane gas grill with potential for fire pit. Close to everything 1.5 miles from Snow College and Ephraim Canyon. 20 min from Palisades State Park. No SMOKERS or VAPERS. Cat lives in house. The space This is a room in a house. You can rent this room with the potential to rent other rooms if they are not being rented. There is a downstairs basement available to be used if no one is renting there as well, you can use it. There is an upstairs living room as well. The kitchen and bathroom is shared with me and other guests. A cat lives on premises. NO Smokers or Vapers please. No pets as well. Guest access Shared living room, shared bathroom, shared kitchen, shared patio (front/back) shared laundry, shared dining. If no one is staying in basement you can have access to the unfinished downstairs living room During your stay I'm happy to give you tips on anything in the area. I will interact with you as you see fit, but leave you alone too. I live here so I will more than likely be in the living spaces, but can also go to my room or be out and about.
