Our accommodation is 5 minutes from the Labor Court, Federal Court, Electoral Registry Office, close to supermarkets, mini box, meat market, pharmacy and bus stop. Because it is located on a secondary road, there was not much traffic noise, our accommodation is simple, however, everything is organized and clean. The space Entire ground floor apartment, has a patio, living room, kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, an area with a tramontina table that can be used for work, a laundry area with a washing machine, a bathroom and a garage. The garage is the only environment that can be shared. Guest access Guests can access the outdoor area, such as the garage and backyard. Other things to note The cleaning included in the price through the Airbnb app is for after your check-out. We do not offer extra cleaning services during your stay, however, every Saturday we can arrange for the washing of the bed linen and towels that are used.
