The space This private suite is located in a quiet West Sechelt neighbourhood, offering the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and coastal living. You’re just a short walk to beach access and only minutes from Downtown Sechelt, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and everyday essentials. The central location also makes it easy to explore the Sunshine Coast—from Gibsons to Pender Harbour and Egmont. Nearby, you’ll enjoy access to walking, hiking, and biking trails, parks, a golf course, and a community pool. Whether you're here to unwind or explore, everything you need is close by. Simple, comfortable, well-stocked, and thoughtfully located—this is your ideal home base for experiencing the coast. Guest access The exact address and door code will be shared with you a few days prior to your arrival. Please check your messages for these details. Access to the suite: When facing the garage/ocean, you’ll find a pathway on the right side of the house. Follow it around to the back, where the entrance to your private suite is located. Door Code Instructions: To unlock the suite, enter your code on the keypad. To lock the door, press the padlock button. Please ensure the door is fully closed (pulled tight) when locking or unlocking, as this helps prevent the lock from jamming. If the lock doesn’t respond, simply pull the door tight and try again. Parking: Guest parking is available directly in front of the home. You’ll see a single designated parking pad—please use this space and avoid parking in front of the garage doors.
