It has a view and direct access to the beach and is a few minutes from downtown. The house is rented in its entirety, is fenced and has an electric gate. The main patio has ocean views, sun loungers and a covered quincho equipped with a grill and accessories. The space The property is a 2-story house. The first floor consists of 2 rooms, a kitchen, a laundry room, and a room with a double bed and a bathroom outside. The second floor consists of the main room, king bed and private bathroom; second room with 3 single beds, without bathroom; and third room with a double bed and a single bed with private bathroom. Guest access You can access the entire house except for the basement and cellar. Other things to note For stays of 1 week or more, we request permission to water the lawn.
