Cozy apartment in Norwegian country style of about 100m2+ Located centrally, 1 min walking distance from the city center of Lom. In other words: it is located in the center of Lom 😊 You can start many nice hikes and mountain hikes right outside the door. Otherwise, Lom (and nearby villages) has a lot of activities and nice hiking areas that this location has the best starting point for. Ski resort and climbing parks among many other things. Lom is also a culinary destination with all its fine restaurants from mountain to village. The space Welcome to Lom city center and Nedre Ulstadveg 35! Here, family, friends, lovers, solo travelers, yes, anyone who wants to enjoy a pleasant, well-equipped apartment with most of what you need to relax and enjoy the holiday or "home office", can book a night or more in a cozy home in the center of Lom. "Family bedroom" with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 single bed with pull-out bed underneath, i.e. up to 5 beds in the bedroom. The single beds can also be pushed together for the feeling of a double bed if you wish (Can be moved as needed. One single bed can be moved to e.g. the living room if desired, the same applies to the lower part of the pull-out bed). There is a curtain that acts as a "partition" in the bedroom if you want to separate the rooms. Sofa bed 120*200 with its own mattress topper for good lying comfort in the middle room/hallway. Also has a travel bed for baby/toddler. Large bathroom in a warm atmosphere with shower and toilet, underfloor heating. Kitchen area with all amenities: incl. coffee/tea, coffee machine, coffee maker, soda machine, fridge and freezer, oven, hob, all kitchen utensils incl. waffle iron, kitchen machine, etc. Dining room with room for 6 people. Living room with TV and comfortable seating for everyone. Wood stove. Hallway/central room with space for luggage, clothes and equipment for a whole family/group of friends. Here there is also a sofa bed and a workplace where you can sit for yourself and do work before you take a well-deserved breath in the ground here in Lom. (Good wifi coverage throughout the apartment!) Heat pump. Possibility of wood burning. Possibility of access to washing machine (small surcharge) Paid with Vipps. Outdoor patio/terrace with dining table, sofa and gas grill. Outdoor fireplace with fire pan and seating overlooking Lom (evening sun spring/summer/autumn). (recommend using charcoal in the fire pan). Dining table and hammock stand (season) can also be found on the lawn in front of the apartment. Lovely place to have breakfast in the morning sun. Bed linen and one set of 2 towels per person are included. Parking for 2 passenger cars. (If there is a need for more, this must be agreed upon in advance). Guest access Apartment basement with patio, fireplace, lawn, Parking. Other things to note Other info: Before checkout, everyone should take off bed linen and put in a basket in the bedroom/bathroom, empty garbage put in garbage can outside (possibly bring it), wash dishes and leave the place tidy and neat as it was when you arrived. Any dog poo on the outside must also be removed. Those who do not follow this will receive an additional fee. Cleaning fee covers regular surface cleaning, bed linen, towels, laundry detergents, etc. Pets allowed by appointment. Fee due to the fact that there has to be an extra careful cleaning/cleaning after it has been expensive in the apartment. Animals should not be on the sofa/chair/or bed on the listing, you must bring a cage or your own "bed". Also, dogs may not be left alone in the residence over several hours. Please respect rooms that are locked/marked privately. Avoid upregulation of underfloor heating in the bathroom. (Ask if there is anything). Do not turn off the heat pump, but regulate it to the desired temp (not auto, cool or dry mode). 1 high chair, a travel bed for babies/toddlers, a baby bath, etc., are available in the building. (If the child needs a duvet and pillow that is smaller than an ordinary adult, you must bring this yourself or ask me, and I may be able to fix) Children under 2 years stay for free. Host may, if necessary, be present during arrival when this is agreed and suitable. Otherwise, there is a code lock on the door, so guests get their own code before arrival. If anything gets broken during your stay, let the host know before departure. Guest is obliged to replace items that are broken, but some things are of course common to be broken and it is at the host's expense (such as a glass or similar), but I would like you to let me know so I can get new for new guests to arrive😊. Loud music and other unnecessary noise is not allowed between 22:00 and 08:00, quiet hours between 00:00 and 06:00. (In case of special occasions/needs notify/ask the host, it is possible to slacken the rules if it suits so👍is quite flexible😉). You are responsible for following the laws, regulations, and restrictions that apply to your listing and in the Municipality of Lom. Among other prohibitions/restrictions regarding fire etc. If it is discovered that there are more guests than the reservation is for, a complaint will be filed with Airbnb, and there will be a subsequent charge of NOK 1,500 per guest per night beyond the number originally booked. Prostitution, pornographic filming and the like, of course, are strictly prohibited. Check-in is available the same day you book, but this must be agreed with the host first. It is also possible and agree on another time for check-in or check-out if it is convenient for cleaning services and other guests. Please send me a message to ask. Otherwise, just ask if there is anything that does not appear in the listing as well😊 Some periods you have to book at least 2 or 3 nights, but it is allowed to come with wishes/questions about fewer/more nights if it is possible to do with the host and cleaning service, etc. Otherwise, I appreciate your feedback on your private message if there is anything that should be improved/changed on. Have put my soul into conveying the apartment as it is and trying not to fool anyone with photos/text that means that the apartment does not appear as shown. Do everything I can to make sure guests have a nice and safe stay in a clean and pleasant apartment with me here in Lom😊 Anyone following my house rules/instructions will get 5⭐️ undoubtedly and of course recommendations and great feedback. I do not aggregate guests, but judge based on the fact that they are nice and follow the rules 😊 Hope the same applies to my guests, that they judge me and the apartment based on what I have informed in the listing/message and do not compare to other hosts and homes, as there are countless places and people with countless differences on what is termed a pleasant atmosphere, manner and standard.
