The Transval – Burgundy Canal

On a wooded park of 1 ha, quiet, in a large family house of the end of the 19th century, we provide accommodation of 90 m² (with independent entrance) for 4 people (4 adults OR 2 adults and 2 children). Close to many tourist sites (Fontenay Abbey, Alesia Museum Park, Bussy-Rabutin Castle, Semur-en-Auxois, Buffon Forges, Tuilerie Museum, etc.). 100 m away, bike path along the Burgundy Canal and hiking trails. The space The accommodation includes 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, small appliances), a bathroom with toilet and heated towel rail, and a large living/dining room. A washing machine is available in the accommodation. Internet is available with the possibility of remote working at a large desk in the main room. Beds are made on arrival and linens are available. Heating is central and a pellet stove (supplied) serves as a backup. You have private access to the park, parking for 2 cars and a bike storage room. A 7 Kwh charging socket for electric cars (on request and extra) as well as the possibility of sheltered parking for 2-wheel vehicles. Other things to note We live in the main house year-round, the use of the park is left to your discretion in accordance with the rules of decorum.
