It is located a short distance from the Camino Santiago and numerous cycle routes making this idyllic farmhouse perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. This leads to a light and airy, well equipped kitchen, a downstairs loo, and cosy, relaxing living room with large wood burning stove. A traditional wooden staircase leads to the upper level of wooden floored bedrooms (x2) with two bathrooms, one en-suite, the second adjacent to the second bedroom. This boasts a delightful slipper bath, perfect to soak in after a days activity. The master bedroom has a king size bed, armchairs and a wardrobe. The second, larger bedroom has a king size bed and single bed for your use. From the kitchen the atrium area (a covered outdoor space) joins the farmhouse to the owner's cottage where you will find Sue ready to answer your questions, provide local knowledge or leave you in peace. The patio area has table and chairs for the perfect alfresco dining opportunities. From the pool area there are views of the Pyrenees amidst a delightful garden of roses and shrubs. Other things to note Falet is located on the outskirts of Tillac and its possible to walk to the Bastide village, with its popular two restaurants, corner shop and butchers/charcuterie along a quiet road. The swimming pool is 8mx4m but is un-supervised, Chlorinated, complies with regulations and regularly maintained (mornings). Guests are completely responsible for their own safety. The site is covered by WiFi but please bare in mind the property is in the country and internet speeds are not the same as in the city but will support remote working.
