Ski back, walk to lift, South Peak w/ jacuzzi tub

Updated hotel-style room at the base of South Peak Mtn. Located adjacent to the Pemigewasset River, abutting the local vineyard, a short walk to the new lift on South Peak or a shuttle ride to Loon Mountain Resort, and steps to town make it an ideal location to relax and renew! The space The room is approx 400 sq feet with 1 full bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. Max 4 guests. There is trundle mattress to create a “couch” space for lounging and a handmade wooden bar top counter nook with 2 stools making a place to work remotely or enjoy snacks and coffee. There is a mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. There is one bathroom and it is beautifully appointed with a large vanity and an oversized whirlpool tub. There is also a shared indoor pool, indoor hot tub, and exercise room. The Great Room, which is near the pool, is a space to relax with coffee, get take out and visit with friends, or read a book by the fire place. With couches, dining space, a TV, pool table, and ping pong table, it is an extra spot for you to relax and unwind. The building is located at the base of South Peak Mtn, and is a short walk over the bridge to a lift (about 8 minutes, might be tough for small kids with ski gear, but it is closer than some Loon parking!) or shuttle to Loon Mountain’s Main Resort (seasonal-winter weekends) and ski back at the end of the day! Walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. Relax in the open yard and enjoy the grilling area. Or explore the Pemigewassest River while walking the J.E. Henry trail, which starts just steps from our condo and takes you down a beautiful 2 mile trail that ends at Loon Mountain Resort. Free wifi, cable, and parking.
