Lake Cabin – Lakeside Idyll

Facing the sublime beauty of Tingalpa Reservoir, located along a quiet no-through road dotted with similarly executive homes, when you drive past the crest of that road, you have been transported to another world. Our Lake Cabin atop 8,524m² of land offers that magical sense of escape, yet has two major shopping centres, a host of quality amenities and public transport all within a few minutes’ drive. All in all, a private and very special peaceful resort living in a privileged lakeside locale. The space We have just finished setting up, furnishing and decorating our Lake Cabin. My husband is a professional artist, all the works of art on the walls are created by him. There are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and other with a queen size bed, each room has an air conditioner. The kitchen is complete with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction stovetop, range hood, capsule coffee machine as well as hot water bottle, also equipped with pots, pans and tableware. There is one bathroom, we provide towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A fire pit with cooking grill seats 4 and plenty of kindling and firewood provided on the property. We prepare picnic mat, table and chairs for you, you could sit on the grass, enjoy the lake view with your morning/afternoon tea or lunch. You could walk around the yard and enjoy the view of the lake while watching the sunrise or sunset. Sometimes you could also hear a kookaburra singing, or sulphur-crested cockatoos chirping at a meeting. At night you can look at the stars since there are no lights around. If you hear thumps in the forest at night, don’t be afraid, they are wallabies. Certainly, you will often see them grazing on the grass during the day. If you like art, you are welcome to visit my husband’s art studio. There is abundant free car parking. You could even park a boat or RV. This property is also home of my family, one dog and lots of wildlife. (You have the ‘lake cabin’, my family is in another property, and it’s about 50 meters between yours and mine.)
