One assigned parking space. Pool open spring/summer. The space The dining and living areas have hardwood floors, kitchen and baths are tiled, bedrooms have hardwood laminates, no carpet. Tiled screened porch off living area. Each bedroom has a sliding glass door that leads to a large deck. Kitchen is fully stocked with air fryer, cast iron skillet, knife set, etc. There is a community dock on Shem Creek for fishing.
