The view is wonderful towards the mountain and the sea The space The apartment is located in Koutsouras, Crete, a village of 800 permanent residents near Ierapetra, the sunniest area in Europe. Koutsouras is a seaside village located in the south of Crete, 23 km east of Ierapetra and 33 km west of Sitia. Sitia and Ierapetra have hospitals, many shops for convenient and affordable shopping, while the town of Sitia has a port and an airport. You will be a quiet neighborhood in the center of the village in one of the most picturesque bays of southern Crete with direct access to a lovely beach. The apartment offers a welcoming atmosphere with tasteful style and modern amenities, ideal for both families and adults. It is 50 meters from the sea, while within 300 meters there are 3 taverns, 1 hotel, several rooms to let, 2 supermarkets, 1 butcher's shop, 3 cafes, a pharmacy and a doctor's office. The apartment is large with comfortable spaces of 75 sq.m. and has air conditioners in all rooms, solar- electric water heater and wood stove for the winter. It has a large bedroom with large wardrobes, with a double bed, also a cot can be placed for infants. The bathroom is spacious and has a bath with shower, a hair dryer and a washing machine. The kitchen is comfortable and equipped with all cooking utensils, espresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, mixer, a small and a big kettle. Water filter for clean – drinking water without the need to buy plastic bottles. In the living room there is a 33'' flat screen TV, a wood stove with large glass surfaces and a comfortable sofa that can comfortably accommodate 2 people. At the front has a large terrace on a small dead-end road with no car traffic, with complete silence and unlimited sea and mountain views. In the living room there is also a work desk with a comfortable chair as well as free WiFi speed of about 40 Mbps. Also in long-term rentals for over 1 week can be placed 1 static exercise bike and exercise weights. For longer periods of the week we have two free bikes available to enjoy the best countryside and the wonderful beaches of our area As a host I try to offer comfort to the guests so that they have an unforgettable holiday. I offer products of my own production which I produce on my organic farms. Every visitor will find raki, wine, and often (depending on the season) fruit. Apart from the beach, which is located 50 meters from the house, there are many other beautiful and clean beaches very close to the village. At about 500 meters to the west is the small forest of Koutsouras with lots of greenery, space for picnic, and the beautiful butterfly gorge that ends at the traditional village of Orino.
