The house is located a stone's throw from Mellby Strandhotell and about a 5-minute walk to the beach. Here you will find a magnificent sandy beach where in summer there is live music and food/drink in the beach bar! In 5 minutes you can also reach Hökafältet's nature area with outdoor gym, exercise loops and barbecue area. Welcome! The space Adjacent to the entrance, you will find two bedrooms with double beds, toilet/shower and the stairs up to the sleeping loft. The sleeping loft has 4 beds, as well as a TV for cozy movie nights. Further into the house, you will find a spacious living room with an open up to the roof ridge, with different seating groups as well as a large dining table with room for 8-10 people. In this open space, you also have access to the kitchen for social cooking moments. From the living room, you can go through the patio door to a large garden made for play, social moments and lovely summer evenings!
