The cabinets offer ample storage space. Bedroom #2 is furnished with two twin beds, also equipped with a smart TV, a closet, fresh linen, and a mattress protector. Like the first, this room too has a central A/C unit and windows with blinds for your comfort and privacy. As for laundry needs, a shared washer and dryer are located on the basement level. You can easily access them through the main backdoor of the building, take an immediate right upon entering, and you'll find the laundry area. For your convenience, we provide laundry pods. Please note, the laundry room operates on a first-come, first-served basis. This apartment is part of a charming building consisting of three separate apartments. Each apartment enjoys the privilege of accessing our shared communal backyard, a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. The shared facilities also include a laundry room. Please note, this is available on a 'first-come, first-serve' basis, and it's coin-operated, ensuring fairness and ease of use for all our guests. As for parking, you need not worry. We offer one designated parking spot for your vehicle, conveniently located directly in front of the garage. For those of you with more than one vehicle, or visiting friends, street parking is available as well.
