The 200m2 house on 2 levels comprises on the ground floor a living-dining room with open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. It includes a very beautiful fireplace and a wood stove. Upstairs you can enjoy 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. Very nice garden with trampoline, barbecue, table & chairs allow you to fully enjoy meals outside with family or friends. Sun loungers enable you to relax after a good meal or a tennis game. Other things to note The house is situated in Soucy, a very small and typical village only 10mn drive from Villers Cotterets. It is surrounded with forest. You can visit all beautiful and medieval cities like Pierrefonds, Compiègne, Senlis, Chantilly... The theme parks "La Mer de Sable" and "Parc Astérix" are a 30 minute drive from the house; Disneyland Paris is about 1 hour drive from the house.
