Another bathroom is available. There is a pool shared with other tenants with common green areas and vigilance. It is a small two-story house, on the ground floor is the equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and half bathroom as well as a pleasant terrace. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, the main one has its own bathroom and queen bed. There are two other bedrooms that share a full bathroom, one with a double bed and another with two twin beds. There are shared green areas, and pool with palapa. Guest access There is a common entrance to the building complex, the parking space is wide, possible to fit 2 cars in a reserved exterior space close to the entrance. The house entrance is soon after the security house.
