Guest access Main + Second Floor You're requested to stay out of the basement, except for the use of the laundry facilities. The basement is unfinished. Other things to note By booking this rental, you acknowledge and agree to the following: To be able to cater to guests with allergies, we do not accept pets. If we find evidence of pets staying without prior authorization, you will be charged a retroactive fee of $50/pet/night to account for the cleaning and possible loss of revenue. We use unscented cleaning products and air out the house between guests. There are naturally scented products available on site. We cannot guarantee an allergen free zone, but will do our absolute best if given adequate notice. This rental is equipped and insured for 4 guests. The couch is not to be slept on. If additional guests stay without prior authorization for any night during the stay, you will be charged a retroactive fee of $35/guest for every night of the booking. Saturday check-out is set as unavailable to fit with our family's values. If you do require a Saturday check-out, please reach out before booking with your dates if we may be able to put together a custom offer for you with a Saturday check-out, dependent on surrounding bookings and how far ahead you're requesting to book. There is a camera by the entry door that's actively recording but not actively monitored. Please feel free to use the door bell system as an additional way to contact us in case of emergency. We will use this camera to ensure our guests limit is being respected. We are willing to consider early-arrival/late departure requests. During off-season (October-December, March-June) we are more likely to be able to accommodate these. We kindly request as much notice as possible (no less than 24 hours for non-last minute bookings). Any early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to approval based on the availability of our rental. Check-outs between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM: Free. Please inquire anyways, if we do not have guests arriving the day that you're checking out, we are able to offer a slightly delayed check-out. If no inquiry is made, we assume that you'll be leaving the premises by 10:00 AM. Check-ins between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM or check-out between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM: 25% of the average nightly rate for the booking. Check-ins between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM or check-outs between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM: 50% of the average nightly rate for the booking. Check-ins prior to 11:00 AM or check-outs after 4:00 PM will be subject to the rate of the night with the highest rate (based on your booking). Early check-in/late check-out requests during busy season are less likely to be accommodated. Early check-in or late check-out requests will not be considered before 1 week prior to the beginning of your stay.
