Take Welcome to our Cozy house in a gated community located just 4 minutes from the University of Montemorelos. Whether you come for work, study or vacation we have everything you need to feel like home away from home. As you arrive to the apartment you can let yourself in with your personal code. The place has 3 air conditioning units for your confort. In the living room you can enjoy a 50" smart TV with free Netflix as well as high speed internet. The patio has a BBQ grill, table and chairs The space In the kitchen we provide everything you need to cook like at home, from kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery and even plastic plates for children. Cups, glasses, toaster, blender, mixer, refractories, comal, cutting board, etc... Grape oil, coffee, tea and an electric water dispenser. The rooms have their own air conditioners, as does the living room. Each room has its desk so you can study or work uninterrupted. The beds have comfortable and new mattresses. You also have 2 types of pillow to choose from, soft and medium. There's an extra blanket in the closet. You also have an iron and ironing board. The bathroom is stocked with towels for body and hand, toilet paper, cotton, cotton swabs, dental floss, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and body lotion In the patio you"ll find the washer and dryer with laundry detergent available.
