WHILE 3 PEOPLE CAN STAY ON SITE IN THE TINY HOUSE, WE RECOMMEND THAT ONLY 2 ADULTS STAY. THE SPACE IS SMALL AND 3 ADULTS WOULD BE SNUG! Guest access Upon arrival please park in the drive way and call/text when you have arrived. Someone on the property will walk you to your Tiny home and give you your door code. If you need anything please call or text. Maintenance is available 24/7 Other things to note PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING! Those who book the tiny house should be comfortable with children in the backyard playing. We also have 2 dogs. If you are not comfortable with dogs being in the backyard, please do not book. The tiny home is located on the back on the 1/2 acre property. It’s a short 45 second walk, however, this home may not be suitable for those who are in a wheel chair, or unable to safely walk through dirt or an incline hill. This is the perfect property if you’re looking to sleep, take a quick shower and enjoy your days in beautiful San Diego. This is not an ideal space for those looking to “vacation” inside the tiny home, have guests over, or looking for a resort style stay.
