Bring the whole family to this amazing place with the possibility of swimming in the indoor pool and socializing in a rural and peaceful environment. You have your own complete household, with the host family in the house next door if you need any assistance. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the rent. PLEASE NOTE: We charge per person (all over 2 years), so fill in the correct number when requesting, to get the correct price. Are you more than 12 people? Then ask us about the apartment "Stallet"! The space From the courtyard, you have access to either one of the guest houses or both, depending on how many of you there are. For up to 5 people, you mainly stay in Åkerlängan (House 1) because the kitchen and living room are there. If there are more of you in the group, you also have access to the bedrooms in Skogslängan (house 2). The cottage closest to the forest is called "Skogslängan" and the one closest to the fields is called "Åkerlängan" - simple! There are two entrances to Åkerlängan; one to the sleeping area, where you enter a hallway with direct access to a spacious bathroom. The bathroom has a shower stall. From the hall, you go up the stairs to an open sleeping loft. Here, there is a couch (which can become a 135-cm-wide sofa bed), coffee table, TV, two single beds (90 cm) and a double bed (180 cm). The other entrance on the ground floor is to the common living areas, where you have access to the kitchen and to the large common room with dining table, pool table, bar, sofa, TV and board games. You have access to Skogslängan if there are more than 5 people in your group. There is no kitchen here, only bedrooms and a bathroom. When you enter Skogslängan, there is a spacious double room with a low ceiling. In here, it's cool and pleasant in the summers. It is furnished with a double bed (180 cm) with two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a small desk with a chair. Next to the double room, there is a large, spacious bathroom with a bench, shower stall, towel rack, sink and toilet. If you go up the stairs, you come to a large, open sleeping loft. The sleeping loft has a double bed (180 cm) at one end with a couch, coffee table and a smaller TV. At the other end of the loft (no door between them; everything is one large room), there are three single beds (90 cm each), a small bookcase with books and a wardrobe with a mirror. There are two skylights that provide plenty of light, but which can be blacked out at bedtime. Outside Åkerlängan, there is a patio with a dining table and seating for 10-12 people, as well as a charcoal grill (kettle grill) for your use as guests. If you go behind Åkerlängan, there is also a seating area where many people eat breakfast in the summer and can look out over the large open field. After a short walk around the host family's house, you have access to the pool house. Once inside, there is a separate toilet and a separate shower. Before reaching the large pool, there is a room with a seating area where you can keep your clothes, sit and relax before/after swimming. Inside the bright pool room, with high ceilings, the pool stretches 8 meters long and 5 meters wide, with a maximum depth of 2.30 meters and a minimum depth of 1.10 meters. The pool is heated to 28-29 degrees Celsius year-round. By the glassed-in "veranda," there is a nice lounge group for 6-8 people, where you can look out over the fields and the sea. From the pool house, you can open the large glass sections and lie down in one of the sun loungers outside on the terrace. In addition to these buildings, there is a lovely garden with plenty of space in both shade and sun. In the courtyard, there is space for the children (and adults!) to kick a ball, play kubb or why not throw a frisbee. The courtyard is like a meeting place for everyone. Our children like to come out here and play, and my husband and I walk between the houses and take care of things... and chat with you guests, if the opportunity arises :). Guest access You guests are welcome to be in virtually the entire farm! On the lawn in front of the pool house, on the terrace, around the barn, on the sunny side of Åkerlängan. We have electric car chargers at the back of the barn that guests are welcome to use. Let us know and we'll unlock the charging station. We charge for charging. The price per kwh depends on what the electricity price looks like in area 4 at the time of your stay. You need to use your own charging cable! There are balls and toys that our guests are welcome to use. You are welcome to borrow things, move furniture, hang clothes out to dry, but feel free to put everything back at the end of the day or when you are done using what you have borrowed. Thank you! Me and my family have a fenced part of the garden that we are happy to have to ourselves. Here we let our dog Turbo get loose, among other things. Other things to note Our farm is best suited for guests who, for example, are happy to take a glass of wine or two with friends and family than to party until 3 at night. That is, not suitable for loud partying with the group of friends. Me and my family is living here on the farm and hope you respect the terms and conditions that apply to rent from us. Many people wonder about the pool; do you have it to yourself? The pool is a common area that also me and my family use. Therefore, there is a pool schedule that you sign up on when you want your own access to the pool. It is possible to book between 8 am and 8 pm, every day, max. 4 hours at a time. It's fine to book on multiple occasions/day. The pool schedule is right when you enter the pool house.
