Bring the whole family to this amazing place with the possibility of swimming in the indoor pool and socializing in a rural and peaceful environment. You have your own, complete household and take care of yourselves, with the host family on hand if you need help with anything. Sheets, towels and final cleaning are included in the rent. PLEASE NOTE: We charge per person (all over 2 years), so fill in the correct number when requesting, to get the correct price. Are you more than 12 people? Then ask us about the apartment "Stallet"! The space From the courtyard, you have access to either one of the guest lengths or both, depending on how many you are. Up to 5 people, you live mainly in Åkerlängan house 1) because the kitchen and living room are there. If there are more of you in the group, you also have access to the bedrooms in Skogslängan (house 2). The closest to the forest is called "Skogslängan" and the closest fields are called "Åkerlängan" - easy! To Åkerlängan there are two entrances; one to the sleeping area, where you enter a hall with direct access to a spacious bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. From the hall you go up the stairs to an open sleeping loft. There is a sofa (which can become a 135 cm wide sofa bed), coffee table, TV, two single beds (90 cm) and a double bed (180 cm). The second entrance on the ground floor is to the common living areas where you have access to the kitchen and to the large living room with dining table, pool table, bar, sofa, TV and board games. You have access to the forest if you are more than 5 people in the company. There is no kitchen, only bedrooms and a bathroom. When you enter Skogslängan, there is a spacious double room with low ceilings. In here it is cool and nice in the summers. It is furnished with a double bed (180cm) with two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a small desk with chair. Next to the double room is a large spacious bathroom with seating bench, walk-in shower, drying rack for towels, sink and toilet. If you walk up the stairs, you come to a large, open sleeping loft, slightly larger than the one in Åkerlängan. In the sleeping loft there is a double bed (180 cm) on one end with a sofa, coffee table and a smaller TV . At the other end of the loft (no door in between, everything is one large room) there are three single beds (90 cm each), a small bookshelf with books and a closet with mirror. There are two skylights that provide good light but can be darkened at bedtime. Outside Åkerlängan there is a patio with a large round table for 6 people, a charcoal grill (charcoal grill) at your guests' disposal. If you go behind Åkerlängan, you also have a seating area where many people eat breakfast in summer and can look out at the large open field. After a short walk around the host family's house, you have access to the pool house. Once inside, there is a separate toilet and a separate shower. Before you get to the large pool, there is a room with a seating area where you can have your clothes, sit and take it easy before/after the bath. Inside the bright pool room, with high ceilings, the pool stretches 8 meters long and 5 meters wide, with a maximum depth of 2.30 m and minimum depth 1,10 m. The pool is heated to 28-30 degrees all year round. At the glassed-in "porch" there is a nice lounge group for 6-8 people, where you can look out over the fields and the sea. From the pool house you can open the large glass sections and lie down in one of the sun loungers out on the terrace. In addition to these buildings, there is a lovely garden with plenty of space in both shade and sun. In the courtyard there is room for children (and adults!) to kick a ball, play kubb or basketball or why not throw a frisbee. The courtyard is like a meeting point for everyone. Here our children are happy to come out and play and my husband and I go between the houses and fix... and chat with you guests, if the opportunity is given:). Guest access You guests are welcome to be on virtually the entire yard! On the lawn in front of the pool house, on the terrace, around the barn, on the sunny side of Åkerlängan. We have electric car chargers at the back of the barn that guests are welcome to use. Let us know and we'll unlock the charging station. We charge for charging. The price per kWh depends on the electricity price in area 4 at the time of your stay. You need to use your own charging cable! There are balls and toys that our guests are welcome to use. You are welcome to borrow things, move furniture, hang clothes out to dry, but feel free to put everything back at the end of the day or when you are finished using what you have borrowed. Thank you! My family and I have a fenced part of the garden that we like to have for ourselves. Here we let our dog Turbo run loose, among other things. There is also a part of the Skogslängan that is a workshop. We usually keep it locked as there are dangerous tools and chemicals that we do not want children to be able to access. Other things to note Our farm is best suited for guests who, for example, like to have a glass of wine or two with friends and family rather than partying until 3 a.m. That is, not suitable for a loud party with a group of friends. My family and I live here on the farm and hope you respect the terms that apply to renting with us. Many people wonder about the pool; do you have it to yourself? The pool is a common area that I and my family also use. Therefore, there is a pool schedule that you can sign up for when you want your own access to the pool. It is possible to book between 8 am-8:00 pm, every day. The pool schedule is right when you get into the pool house.
