The space The apartment itself is almost 2000 square feet and is two flights of stairs up. It has a section sofa and 65" tv livings space, a full bathroom, a compact dining set for work, games, or eating, a counter with shelves and small appliances like a microwave and toaster. There is a double bed sized futon and dedicated work desk. Through a small curtain the sleeping bunk room awaits with a dresser, clothes hanging rods, a fireplace, two ouches and three queen beds. There is a tiny deck off the back with a spectacular view of Bromley Mountain. Guest access Guest will have access to everything but our commercial kitchen and back office. Some spaces are shared with the hotel guests. Other things to note This is a 17-room hotel, other guests will be present, and the large common areas are shared. Only the apartment itself, the bathroom, and other living areas are private in the space. The bar & lounge, dining room, deck, yard and dining room are all shared with hotel guests. Think of this as a big apartment with privacy that also has access to the entire hotel. The entrance to the unit is a laundry and linen storage area used only by owners/employees.
