Located in uptown Kingston, it is minutes away from the US Embassy, eateries, entertainment, attractions and public transport. You’ll love the location, the neighbourhood, the ambiance, and the people. The space This refurbished studio is located on the second floor. It is furnished with a King sized bed, two bedside tables, and a built-in wardrobe. Guests will have access to a flat screen cable TV, wireless Internet, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The studio has double glass doors leading to a private balcony. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and wash basin. Hot water is available for the shower. The studio also includes a fully-equipped kitchen with a two burner electric stove, microwave, kettle and full fridge with freezer. Guest access The apartment is located in a two storey building. The entire apartment space is for your private enjoyment. This includes the bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and patio. Shared spaces include the laundry area (open within business hours) which is to the back of the building, and on-site unassigned parking. The garbage disposal is located outside the apartment gate on the sidewalk to your right hand side. Other things to note 1. Additional Note for Same-Day Bookings: For guests making same-day bookings, please note that access to the apartment may take up to 2 hours from the time of booking confirmation for preparation. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring that our space is in optimal condition for your stay. 2. Home, Not Hotel: We offer you the warm embrace of a home, not the formality of a hotel. To kickstart your stay, we provide essential items like toilet paper, shampoo, and trash bags. For additional essentials during your stay, we recommend shopping at nearby stores. Please be aware that washcloths are not provided. 3. Compact Yet Functional Bathroom: Our cozy bathroom may be on the smaller side, with a narrow entrance, but rest assured it is fully functional and equipped with all necessary amenities. 4. Updated and Improved Studio: We continuously work to improve our studio, ensuring it meets and exceeds expectations. As a result, the studio's appearance may vary slightly from the pictures. 5. Reliable Internet Service: Our broadband provider, Flow, is a reputable company. Although we strive for smooth connectivity, please note that, like other providers, there may be occasional instances of slow internet connectivity. 6. Pest Control Measures: We regularly conduct pest control measures to minimise their presence. While we strive to ensure a comfortable stay, it's essential to be aware that household pests such as ants, lizards, cockroaches, flies, mice, and mosquitoes may occasionally make an appearance. 7. Care and Responsibility: To maintain the quality of our space, we request that you treat it with care and respect. Missing towels and linen will incur replacement costs, and any damage or loss will be subject to additional charges. 8. Smooth Check-Out Experience: We kindly ask guests to adhere to the check-out time. Late check-out may result in a penalty fee of 2 times the nightly rate. 9.
