The space Chalet mon terrain is a cinematic place, from its architecture, furniture, landscape, sound and the moments contemplated there. It is a two-story chalet for a couple, unique moments will be lived there, the view of the stone of the chest, in all the places of the house that is masonry, but with great details of glass and wood. We have a cozy hotel mattress and a heater for colder days, bed and bath linens are provided. In the bathroom, we have a spacious double bathtub with a view of the waterfall, a double toilet, and a shower for complete relaxation. Our wooden deck offers contemplation of the landscape with birdwatching and the sound of the waterfall, an indispensable place for the sunrise and sunset. Our hot tub is below the deck, making its use indispensable on any day and temperature. The living room has a television with all streaming services, Wi-Fi in the entire house, an ecological fireplace, ambient acoustic sound in all rooms, a piano, and pillows for moments for two. We have a full kitchen for meals, with a refrigerator, stove, wine cellar, microwave and utensils in general. Our garage is covered for your convenience, and we have a path of Hydrangeas to the foot of the waterfall, an easy 3-minute trail We are near binoculars, a few kilometers from the Boa Vista palace and 13 km from Campos do Jordão Guest access The entire property, from the entrance to the chalet, is a unique accommodation on the grounds, contact only when requested from the caretaker who is 1 km from the property. Chalet, Garden, Waterfall, Landscape Other things to note ⸻ Chalé da Cachoeira Rules – Required Reading To ensure a safe, organized stay in line with the exclusive proposal of Chalé da Cachoeira, we ask you to pay attention to the rules and information below. ⸻ Location, Access & Conditions of the Region We are located in an area totally immersed in nature, in a rural region. • Access to the chalet is via approximately 3 km of dirt road. • We carry out constant maintenance and repairs, but in rainy periods, access can become more difficult, requiring extra attention when driving the vehicle. • We recommend vehicles in good condition, avoid driving at night on days of heavy rain and respect the limits of the road. We're in one of the highest cities in the country. Although it is a tourist town, it is a small town, and situations may occur that are beyond our control, such as: • Power outage • Internet fluctuations or interruptions • Temporary operator signal failures Whenever this occurs, we will contact the responsible companies, but the restoration depends exclusively on them, and it is not possible to predict deadlines. ⸻ Fauna, Insects & Natural Environment Because we are in the midst of nature: • Wild animals may appear, as well as insects (spiders, beetles, mosquitoes, among others). • We carry out preventive control and leave specific products in the chalet, but it is not possible to completely eliminate this risk. • Do not feed animals and keep doors and windows closed when possible. ⸻ 1. Pets • We accept pets, as long as they are informed and included in the reservation. • It is forbidden to leave pets alone inside the chalet, on the balcony or loose on the property. • Pets must always remain under supervision and on a leash when outside. • Pets not reported at check-in will not be allowed. • Damage caused by pets will be the responsibility of the guest. • The pet fee refers exclusively to additional cleaning, it does not cover damage. ⸻ 2. Barbecue, Bonfire & Use of Fire • No barbecue in the garage, inside the chalet or on the deck. • Barbecue allowed only on the lawn, in the indicated area. • Bonfire only in the official fire pit, in front of the waterfall. • It is forbidden to light a fire anywhere else. • When leaving, make sure there is no active fire or ember. • Do not move or alter structures. • Never use fire near the chalet's wood. ⸻ 3. Safety & Prohibited Items • Do not climb on the piano or use it improperly. • No candles inside the chalet or in the bathtub. • No smoking inside the chalet (allowed only in the outdoor areas). • Do not modify, disconnect, or connect electronics outside the original location. • Improper use of equipment is the guest's responsibility. ⸻ 4. Check-in, Check-out and Visits • Check-in: from 4 p.m. • Check-out: until 1:00 p.m. • Do not exceed the check-out time. • Extensions must be requested in advance, subject to availability and half-day cost. • We do not offer early check-in to leave luggage or food. • Visitors are not allowed. • The chalet is exclusively for 2 adults. ⸻ 5. Circulation on the Property • Circulation allowed only in the areas of the Chalé da Cachoeira. • The waterfall is exclusive to this accommodation. • Access to areas of other chalets, trails, decks or private spaces is prohibited. • Improper access may result in immediate cancellation without a refund. ⸻ 6. Damaged Items & Liabilities • Any damage to furniture, bedding, appliances, crockery, decoration or structure will be charged in full. • The guest can choose replacement or payment via PIX. • Damage to equipment will incur a maintenance cost. ⸻ 7. Equipment Operation • Do not make changes, do not disconnect appliances, outlets or sensors. • If any equipment fails, report it immediately. • If the hot water stops, it may be necessary to restart the gas. ⸻ 8. Food • We do not provide food, perishables or utensils other than those available in the chalet. • Please don't insist. ⸻ 9. Parking • Use only the indicated parking space. • No parking outside the parking space or blocking paths. ⸻ 10. Silence, Coexistence & Monitoring • No parties, loud noise, or any activity that causes discomfort. • Cameras monitor only outdoor areas. • There are no internal cameras. ⸻ 11. Forgotten Objects • We are not responsible for forgotten items. • We store items for up to 30 days. • Shipping upon payment of freight. ⸻ 12. Natural Conditions of the Region • On nights below 0°C, spring water may temporarily freeze, usually normalizing by 9 a.m. • Water is collected directly from the spring, without chemicals. • May have slight coloration in rainy periods, passing through 5 filters — natural and safe water. • Internet and power fluctuations may occur due to rural infrastructure.
